I regret purchasing my 2020 Kia Sportage. This vehicle has been nothing but stress, repairs, and constant worry. I have experienced excessive oil consumption, engine knocking concerns, hesitation issues, and ongoing mechanical problems that make me question the reliability of this vehicle every time I drive it.What frustrates me even more is that after researching online, I discovered that many other Kia owners have reported very similar complaints involving engine problems, oil burning, and reliability concerns. This clearly does not appear to be an isolated issue.I have already spent thousands of dollars on repairs and maintenance trying to keep this vehicle running properly, yet the problems continue. A customer should not have to feel nervous about taking a long trip because they are unsure if their vehicle will make it safely.I have even emailed Kia’s CEO regarding these concerns and have not received any response back. That level of customer service is extremely disappointing considering the seriousness of these ongoing issues.I expected reliability and peace of mind when purchasing this Kia Sportage, but instead I’ve dealt with disappointment and financial strain. Kia needs to take these complaints seriously and stand behind customers experiencing these ongoing problems.

Elvis talked us thru the process - we were surprised it was a two part repair. The telluride was checked to make sure we could take our trip safely without fixing anything immediately- then we returned to have the parts replaced. It was a quick process. We appreciate the thorough explanation/ safety check and quick repair. Good customer service skills.
