The experience was nice overall. The service rep was very nice, the car was ready when the rep said it would be, etc. I was disappointed, however, that I had to show the service rep the Koons web page showing the discounted Works price of $109, vs the $154 on the invoice he gave me. I had specified the discount twice in the comments when I scheduled the appointment online. Are the reps kept up to speed on the discounts you are offering? Could I possibly have been the first to use this particular discount??

I was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning. Service was completed quickly and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day.
