Accommodating, and responsive

Got the 21D recall dealt with but didn't resolve the slow loss of coolant. The tech checked for obvious external leaks and found none; when I asked the service advisor about internal leaks (the coolant has to be going somewhere) he didn't seem to understand what an internal leak is.

The Service Technician was very nice when I entered the garage area to drop my car off. He explained everything my car needed at that point. He showed me to the waiting area. I like the waiting area at Koons Chrysler, Jeep because it’s very clean, quiet and welcoming. My car did not take too long back in the service area.
