Car was received on time, I was kept informed of the process and the car was delivered within th estimated time.

Angel kept me informed throughout the time my car was being serviced.

Angel and the courtesy driver were exceptional. Inspection of car brought in for recall missed bad wiper blade on rear of vehicle. Also, tire pressure was adjusted to 35 vice 37; resolved under inflation prior to departing. Will buy my own wiper, but would have replaced through Koon’s if properly identified-oversight resulted in loss of business.
