Service advisors are great, it is sooo expensive though.

I called in, they told me it would take 2 hours to do both recalls. They had a week to prepare for me to get there.When I get there I'm told they don't have a part and that it will be 4 hours total. This is all information that I needed before I made the trip out there. I would have just picked a dealership closer to home.

It’s always easy to make an appointment over the phone with my service advisor. This visit was to have some parts replaced on my RAV4 in hopes that it would fix the continuous problem I was having with many of the safety features. Thankfully, it appears that these replacements have made the difference and my car is now operating the way it is supposed to. I really like the RAV4 but initially it’s been a disappointment because of problems with the camera, radio and display, and we were having a hard time duplicating the problem when I would bring it in for service. With the new replacement parts, everything is working great. I appreciate the fact that my service advisor never gave up trying to find what was wrong.

Pardon the brevity. Tysons Toyota helped utilize a team like dynamic among 7 employees, all of whom l met, that allowed me to finalize an auto purchase within 36 hours. 36 hours is the time take from placing a call about the vehicle till having signed a purchase agreement.
