I was amazed with the quick service during the drop off. It was smooth and practical. 24 and plus cars all in no time were taken away. I said WOE. What an efficiency!!!But the pick up was not great as the drop off.I will the kudos to a gentleman ( African American ) I didn’t get his name, Who approached me and ask what I was there for. When I informed him . He said please let me help you to find someone to help you right away. I was there for a while waiting when couple of desk agent were available. I don’t what is the process for that to be fair .Overall was a good experience. Especially the follow up text message.You are way better than Manasass location

3:30 hours for oil change is too long

I gave five stars to Merghane Moses’ hardwork, hospitality, and professionalism. He is the best service manager you can find at Koons. Very responsible and responsive.
