I have pretty much always had a pleasant experience at Koons Volvo in White Marsh. Everyone is awesome, from concierge, the service advisors, the technicians and even management. Thank you for everything. Many establishments have subpar customer service and I can honestly say that I only had 1 issue with Koons Volvo and that was years ago. I purchased my vehicle from y'all in 2019 and continue to patronize you.

Larry worked to quickly and efficiently complete the work in my vehicle and present recommendations as appropriate. Larry valued my time and demonstrated understanding.

My visit went well, except I was unable to get the re-calibration of my mirrors due to the system being down. Other than that, the service was fast and friendly. I would suggest having a small quiet area for customers waiting on their vehicles and have to do work or take business calls. I like the background music playing, but it can be too much when you are at the dealership waiting and are on a meeting or call.
