Very straight forward, in and out. Checking in was easy, ensured what services were needed. Took care of programming recall issues and when checking out, didn't have to ask for military discount. Staff took the iniative of administering the discount as the license plate identified as a veteran. Staff members were friendly, courteous, and professional.

I’ve been taking my GMC here for regular servicing every 6 months or so for 4-5 years, & they’ve always done a great job. All positives for me. Because their service department is top notch, I hope to buy my next vehicle from them.

Service Rep. was courteous; waiting area and restroom were clean.After waiting for the maximum estimated time (2 hours) without an update on my diagnostic test, I inquired about my vehicle.As it turned out, my vehicle issue had been diagnosed and repaired 30 minutes prior, without notifying me for permission to move forward with the repair.I was told that somehow my vehicle report had been mixed up with another customer's report, which created the delay and confusion.Pricing was the highest of 3 estimates I shopped for, but decided on the dealership since parts would be in stock and replacement would be more timely.This was one of many visits I have made here; and have never had a mix up as such before.I would recommend the dealership service only in certain circumstances.

She was knowledgeable about the issues we presented and demonstrated interest in providing the best professional service: coordinated diagnostic services electronics engineer and other service professionals and kept us informed of the progresses. We especially appreciated that bc we were their for quite a while waiting. We did not mind bc of her enthusiastic approach to ensure that our concerns were taken care of. She made us feel valued. I would rate her excellent. Please give her a raise she is an asset to the company. Also the service manager provided the same quality customer service described for Nicole.
