She was knowledgeable about the issues we presented and demonstrated interest in providing the best professional service: coordinated diagnostic services electronics engineer and other service professionals and kept us informed of the progresses. We especially appreciated that bc we were their for quite a while waiting. We did not mind bc of her enthusiastic approach to ensure that our concerns were taken care of. She made us feel valued. I would rate her excellent. Please give her a raise she is an asset to the company. Also the service manager provided the same quality customer service described for Nicole. We were very pleased and do recommend other customers to visit your store location to shop for a new car or for servicing of their vehicles. Thank you very much!

I haven't ever had a bad experience with the service department. The tech allowed me a loaner vehicle when he did not have to to travel back and fourth between work and the dealership!
