One time and vehicle was cleaned

I wanted to share feedback on my recent visit to your service department.I came in because my console displayed "Battery Power Saving Mode" and I thought my battery was going bad. I was informed it was actually due to a software update that Ford had put out in a memorandum.I want to recognize Stephen who checked me in. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, even though he mentioned he had just started there.My experience with my service technician was not as positive. I believe his name was Nathaniel. He approached me twice. The first time while I was sitting in the waiting room, he came out only to tell me he was going to lunch. I still needed help. The second time, I was finally able to ask him a question, but another customer who was speaking Spanish jumped ahead of me in line and he chose to help him before me.Overall I was not impressed with the customer service I observed in the department. At one point I saw an employee sound asleep / napping at his desk. I stood right there looking at him. He eventually woke up, asked how I was doing, and when I said "better than him," he said he was just sitting there contemplating. His name was Sachin Ramjoo.
