Check in went fine although the tech and crew did not know know all the actions to perform for this check up (to include the recalls). I talked with someone the day prior as well to confirm. Also, they rotated my tires and the. Did not check the air pressure to ensure the tires where them at the right levels based on new location (front and back) they placed them. Front tires have less pressure. A little disappointed, especially based on the time they had the truck back there. I had no rush, so I thought they took their time to ensure everything was complete to standard. It was not.

Great communication, easy to use as they counted vehicle pick up and drop off.
