This is one of the worst experiences that I ever seen

It was not a good experience. I made an appointment to have warranty work completed, but the work was not done on the day of appointment because I keep getting bumped back by walk-ins. When the work was started the next day, they didn't have all the parts to do the work correctly. What was the worst for me I was not kept informed as to what was happening. But I was given a loaner at no cost.
