very nice advice even though it was busy

the staff was friendly and did what i expected.

everything krezen does puts the customer first. you don't feel like your just a check or money for the for the services they provide. we also bought our car here and can't recommend the staff enough

routine oil change and tire rotation. check-in was quick and easy; they had my work order ready to go. i came in about a half hour ahead of my appointment, still got in immediately. the service took about the amount of time i expected. there were no questions, problems, or surprises, and no suggested add-ons. service advisor toni came and got me when it was ready to drive away. we exchanged thank yous and goodbyes, and we all lived happily ever after.
