They Never answer the phone, close before 5pm, and charged 100 for late, and 35, April payed Ontime...!I call Never answer, and I dropped my check first April, and I still got Extra feed...!And sometimes they close before 5pm....!

It was about 40 days no stove or oven . The leak was about. 2 weeks ago . My couch is ruined . 40 dollers off rent is what was offered for violating the laws , i lost 7 times that amount in grocery's and eating out: I have complained about the water fixtures bein done by what looks like a 10Year old . Theyre is no pride in their work or property . Ive shown the many pictures of the gross walls and corners and nothing is being done .They allow me to move into a unit with a “ new stove “ .Come to find out my stove did not work for 40 days ( I also have a 6 year old son living with me .They had me and the man after maintenance man come sometimes on the days that they said they would come and other times they would say they came, but never showed up, but they would still lie and say that they were there and nobody open the door when I have cameras one day they had someone come to check the stove to see what the issue was and he messed with my electrical panel, which caused all of my electricity to go out downstairs, which meant the hunters of dollars of food that I had just bought all went and spoiled, and his response was next time. Maybe I should get a long extension cord just in case it happens again. They still demanded rent to be paid on the first. They still were paid their full entire security deposit, even though I did not have a working stove meaning the house was inhabitable by law. All I would get was I’m sorry with someone out.. my father is a general contractor and pulled the whole stove back and seen that it wasn’t even wired or installed correctly, which is a fire hazard in a violation in code so when the man finally fix my stove, he made sure to take pictures to show my father that he did it right this time as if he deserved a cookie for doing work the right way after all of this stress of 40 days with no stove oven and promises of them saying they would have it fixed by the next day the next day and a week later a week later still nothing fixed and all of my food in my fridge haven’t been thrown Out months later they took $40 off my rent as if that was to make it right now recently was leaking was sitting on my couch reading and all of a sudden, right above me where you can see patchwork had been done. Water started to drip down on me. I went upstairs to get my son out of the bath, cause I was scared the ceiling was gonna fall on me and by the time I came back down, I had several different areas for water was leaking down from the ceiling my couch was damaged, of course from the water continuing to spill down on it, and I am forced to pay a renters insurance and when I called to ask what this insurance covers, they continue to direct me to another person to another person to another person. They allowed me to move into this unit when they obviously did not do a walk-through to see that the place had been clean in my closet upstairs there was a dirty cigarette buds and my whole unit smell like a ashtray or like the house I’ve been smoked five pack of cigarettes in a day. My vents were clogged with dust. My son started d developing serious allergies, and he’s had four surgeries since we’ve lived here. I’ve sent them multiple photos of things that I think are far below par of how a place should look and how clean it should be when you allow tenant to move in and right away, I asked for the house to be completely thoroughly cleaned and a year later it still has never happened. They came and patched up my ceiling cut out a little square where the leak came from and now I have a brown ceiling, a messed up couch and nobody to return my phone calls.. I am very frustrated because they are well aware of the California rental laws and many of them were violated. They promised we’d have a working washer and dryer. That’s the only reason why I moved into the unit and more than half the time it’s not working or in operations two weeks ago they said the time they would open it is from the morning until closing at 10 PM. Nobody has a key And I need to get in there to wash clothes for my work week and my son‘s clothes and blankets, but I have no way of getting in there or contacting anybody to let me in there to get my stuff and also wash the rest of my clothes. The way that my cabinets were painted and put together. I let them know it looks like a three-year-old could’ve done a better joband they ignore everything that I have to say at this point I am very frustrated.
