I was pleased with the outcome. The person who came out, was pleasant and knowledgeable. I thought he had great customer service. The only thing I was hoping for was to find out what the problem was. Since it is not the first time this has happened. I was thinking maybe there was something I could watch for going forward. Overall I was quite pleased.

The maintenance has since been resolved The unit was extremely dirty, it was not a pleasant experience working with Diego who showed the property when I moved in there were a few illegal things such as windows wouldn’t open no Co detectors and work that needed to be completed I was told would be done by the move in date

wrong information was provided, and they rush me into signing up contact for housing rude and unprofessional Krystal Property staffs and has little knowledge on products they are advertising. Wrong information was provided, and they rushed me into signing housing rental contract

its day light looting Krystal property is doing with tenants. My security deposit of $3100 was never refunded back and another $295.00 was charged because i forgot clock on wall. Krystal Property Management said $295.00 was taken to dump that clock in trash bin.
