As said before, the people are extrenely nice, just hard to communicate with The people at Krystle are very nice but the process of being approved for the rental was very invasive. Also, the fact that they are only available 4 days a week makes getting things resovled very difficult. Messages are not always replied to and phonecalls go unanswered

The guys worked hard on the heater to get it fixed, just didn't quite finish the aesthetics at the end. They had other work to do, but promised they'd be back to finish the broken wall and the cover was not on correctly on one side. the heater took a long time, and it's not been completed. They also broke a large hole in the wall above the back of the heater unit. We would like to have this fixed, and the unit was not screwed back to the wall correctly. The guys worked hard to get the old unit out, the new unit in, but they couldn't finish everything. I'll put in a new request to finish. The heater works well at least. Just aesthetics now.

I have the entire thread of emails including every time I have attempted contact and was met with zero acknowledgement. This is an ongoing issue. Yes. Everytime I have attempted to contact Krystal properties regarding non maintenance issues, I am met with lack of responses. I have asked to please get a larger trash can- no response. I have asked about the hoa situation that was not disclosed- no response. I have followed up several times and am always met with no response. You guys haven’t even sent us back our signed lease. When I needed help in regards to that again no response. Absolutely unacceptable

Have not gotten expected followup from Applications group. Applications group seems to ave ghosted me after repeated texts asking for clarification. Still waiting for followup. The experience with Krystal is acceptable, but not great. Repair items are not always followed up promptly. The biggest problem is the Applications process. There is lack of communication and lack of followup.
