Have not gotten expected followup from Applications group. Applications group seems to ave ghosted me after repeated texts asking for clarification. Still waiting for followup.The experience with Krystal is acceptable, but not great. Repair items are not always followed up promptly. The biggest problem is the Applications process. There is lack of communication and lack of followup.

They make the process very easy there was a little bit of mix up with some of the property information with applying so that part was a little frustrating as it was hard to understand our application process but I understand that we had a service animal which took some time to get approved and authorized through the system so just a lot of paperwork headache but once everything was cleared it was very easy and simple the app is very easy to use and they've been very responsive with all the maintenance and follow-up questions we've had

Although I am experiencing this today, this isn't the first time. This has happened many times and because this is a Sunday (people usually wash on the weekends to get ready for the week) no maintenance. Very inconvenientIt's a hard time getting response for maintenance. Washer/dryer breaks down often
