I need someone to come out even if i need to be here, so they can see what i am referring to.I was going to contact Krystle today. First call was to see if i had been contacted to come out. I said i had. They then set up someone to come out, which was ok, I had to leave the key etc. However the person that came out did not followup with me about what was done or anything, 2 days later i go into the maintenance screen to see what they found out , only to see they closed the appointment out saying there was no difference int he kitchen than the oter sinks, which is DEFINITELY incorrect. You can tell when you turn it on that the pressure is lower than any other sink in the house. I know because I have been here long enough to know the difference. When anything else is running the sink pressure is low, but when everything is off the pressue should be stronger than it is. I really neec someone to come out and check it again. It makes me look like i called for service for nothing, which is not true. I am hoping to get this matter resolved right away.

My recent experience was undesirable and unprofessional in my opinion.Deceitful and need to base work ethics based off of the California laws versus assumptions.

As said before, the people are extrenely nice, just hard to communicate withThe people at Krystle are very nice but the process of being approved for the rental was very invasive. Also, the fact that they are only available 4 days a week makes getting things resovled very difficult. Messages are not always replied to and phonecalls go unanswered
