Renting from Krystle Properties has been a positive experience. They have been a very communicative realtor to rent from. They are the perfect balance of hands-off and cooperative. Even with juggling my work schedule while moving-in/moving-out, Krystle Properties were incredibly flexible and hospitable. I would seek out Krystle Properties again if I moved back to the Vallejo Area.

Wonderful place to rent from where you will be treated like a member .

Maintenance are great just the other not responding to my emails about opening up the portal to pay online rent which is easier for me please.

Antonio repaired the deadbolt on my back door, replaced the malfunctioning light switch in my bathroom, and made my shower usable while we wait for the adapter part to arrive. He communicates well by text and I appreciate his assistance. He is an excellent, professional, and friendly repair person.

I am so appreciative that a washer and dryer are available on site. It took more time than expected between the time the issues were first reported and the time it took to replace the washer. Yesterday, 4/13, was the first time I used the new machine. I put in $2 and nothing happened. I had to plug the machine in and did not recover the initial $2 only to discover that the cost increased AND, depending on the cycle chosen, there's a different price :(( I am the primary user of the laundry facilities AND my PG&E is billed for this property.

I have continued a business relationship with Krystle Property Management for many years. No matter the circumstance, the quality of communication and problem solving is always at a high level. The team at Krystle Properties continue to prove to me why they earn my loyalty.

The kitchen door was repaired so it now opens and closes properly. It was not an easy repair but the man who fixed it did a tremendous job.

Doesn't have to wait for repairs or anything else. Krystal Properties are very good at making sure they address the issues. Now It might be time to evaluate some of their vendors (moms and pops vendors mainly) they give the jobs to. Sometimes the information the vendors tell the residents doesn't match what they tell Krystal Properties. Which might result in a charge.

The job took 2 days, Kurt the electrician was on time efficient and responsive.
