The roof was taken care of before the rain started back up which was great!! No more leaking inside. However! I have not yet heard back from anyone regarding the interior repairs for the living room ceiling, sheet rock and paint repairs. There is still a long open crack in the ceiling.

I’m living in Unit D at 1001 Sutter St. I was told in October that the property was going up for sale and was given a rough timeline for renovations/maintenance through October/November. I haven’t heard anything since, so I’m asking if there is an updated timeline or notification that you can provide.
