I have been a resident at one of the properties Krystle Properties manage for a little over a year now. I have had very good experiences with communicating with the office personnel and their contractors. If there is an issue, the company responds promptly making sure to resolve the issue. The furnace in our unit failed and needed an entire replacement of shroud and vent duct also. Right before Xmas. Krystle property’s team sent a professional company over in two days . The replacement was completed in 2 or 3 hours before New Years weekend . they replaced the thermostat with a backlit digital unit also. We were provided with an immediate backup space heater by Krystle on the first day of the visit . Thank You all so very much.
