The link for the co-signer application link on the website did not work. I called and reported this and the application was emailed to immediately, which I feel is great service. My only concern is that I emailed my completed application with personal financial information and copied to another email address. Krystal Realty sent correspondence to the other email address, not to me at the address I provided. That is a breach of confidentiality. It’s a good thing the other email belongs to me as well! I pray my information is kept secure with them. Fingers crossed I don’t experience identify theft or they sell my information and I start getting spammed.
