I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. NOT SURE IF IT HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF SINCE I WENT OUT OF THE COUNTRY SHORTY AFTER. IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOVLED. HOWEVER IF IT IS NOT, I AM PRETTY CONFIDENT THAT DEREK WILL GET THE ISSUE HANDLED AS HE ALWAYS DOES.
