The real estate agent that helped me was wonderful. She took all the time in the world to show me around and was always patient and gracious. So thank you Stephanie M. for all your help. The client portal for repairs etc was a great feature. No need for phone calls or tons of emails just the way I like it. Straight to the point and efficient. Some people were nicer than others at the office, but overall, I had a great experience.

No repairs requested has been met, the micro wave, the plumbing, the rust on bath tub has returned in parts

Working with the office staff prior to moving in was surprisingly smooth. When I moved in and needed things repaired, everyone was very responsive. I’ve been patient but have not had the parts for the refrigerator and the oven provided yet. I just noticed that the minor issue with the leaky bathroom faucet handles has become a major issue because water is now leaking under the sink. I was told that the water has to be turned off for multiple units to repair it. Please contact me to schedule repair. I’m unable to use my bathroom sink.
