Working with the office staff prior to moving in was surprisingly smooth. When I moved in and needed things repaired, everyone was very responsive. I’ve been patient but have not had the parts for the refrigerator and the oven provided yet. I just noticed that the minor issue with the leaky bathroom faucet handles has become a major issue because water is now leaking under the sink. I was told that the water has to be turned off for multiple units to repair it. Please contact me to schedule repair. I’m unable to use my bathroom sink.

I really appreciate Gavin from the maintenance department. He always listens and tries his best to come up with a solution ASAP. If he is not in the office he always makes sure to return my call in a timely manner.

Move-in was great! Property needed a little work and Derrick was phenomenal at orchestrating everything that needed to be done quickly and efficiently. I am truly grateful for our new home and thank Derrick, Kathy and Abdul for taking such great care of us.
