I am pleased with the overall personnel at Krystle Properties. However, the outside maintenance (plants and building upkeep) could be better.

I appreciate the level of effort and support from the agents to help find a great fit. It is because of their indepth knowledge of the properties they cover and the patience they put into knowing the applicants needs, that they were able to connect me to the perfect HOME for me. A place I will grow in and love.

Smooth process and great communication in the beginning from seeing the property to getting the lease agreement signed. However, it’s been a month and I haven’t had anyone get back to me about the move in checklist and items that need to be fixed.

I’m fairly new with this property management, but so far so good.

The signing of the paper work and move went well. I just have not received a copy of the lease agreement. I did it in person.
