I was pleased with the outcome. The person who came out, was pleasant and knowledgeable. I thought he had great customer service. The only thing I was hoping for was to find out what the problem was. Since it is not the first time this has happened. I was thinking maybe there was something I could watch for going forward. Overall I was quite pleased.

its day light looting Krystal property is doing with tenants. My security deposit of $3100 was never refunded back and another $295.00 was charged because i forgot clock on wall. Krystal Property Management said $295.00 was taken to dump that clock in trash bin.

The house had several issues before my move-in that needed addressing: deteriorating insulation, an infestation of spider eggs in the garage, a neglected furnace that needed servicing, and a commitment from the property manager to have the exterior of the house painted. All of the maintenance issues I've noted have been resolved, except for painting the house. As I understand it, a bid was submitted to the owners, but they have yet to approve the job. I'm not sure if Mike is still with the company, but if someone could follow up on the commitment to paint the house's exterior, that would be great. Thank you.

Everyone is rude and doesn’t Krystale property is the most unprofessional disrespectful property management ever. Once you get the process started you never hear back from the agent that you’re working with ever again and they don’t even try to work with you on any type of level just very plain flat and dry. I hope that all these people get sued and lose their jobs. Everyone is rude from the receptionist to the agents so beware when getting in contact with this company they’re very unprofessional and play a lot of games. They never answer your questions and will only give you verbal approval for a unit. Never will send you an email confirmation.

What ever you reap you saw.. I curse that Krystal Property Fat Managers get those kinds of disease, where they don't have no cure for it. Everyone's curses affects you guys and bad things should happen to Krystal Property management. Krystal Property does not even deserve one Star. Worst Real State Management Company in Vallejo, Ca. Very unprofessional staffs, aggressive, hostile attitude, does not do job in timely or in effective manner. If you rent with them and paid security deposit, even its $3500 t0 $4000, nothing is ever refunded back. It does not go even to the home owners. The corrupt Managers like Kelly and the rest pocket those money into their pockets. To clean one or two bedroom unit its around $300.00 0nly but even you give them clean unit they still take all your security deposit saying deep cleaning cost us three thousand dollars. If you request for repairing or maintenance, it takes them forever, even though tenant is paying additional $41.00 extra on top of rent, they hesitate to send someone out. it takes 6 months to 9 months for them to do any thing. Worst Managers and poor management. Don't trust in renting or buying anything with Krystal Properties. They even give very hard time to Landlords as well as majority of money, Krystal Property keep for themselves.

Mr. Solutions was GREAT! He fixed the closet where the 1st company did not! He was on time (the first company was an hour late), he didn't rush to complete the job and willing to help me put things back in my closet!
