Krystle Properties truly is full service. As a renter, I appreciate all their service tools- auto pay with excellent notifications, monthly email check-ins, system for reporting maintenance needs, etc. I can always have in-person help too .

Must say, great service in office and at property showings.

Customer service is awesome, amazing. Love the house, the move-in gift and everything, but the house exterior and the garage were awful, too much dirt. The house interior was impeccable, but the exterior, wasn't. I spent almost 2 days cleaning. Also, the house have several lights not working, I was expecting everything working. Other than that, the customer service, the help, the assistance were amazing.
