Yes for the first month things are really nice and smoothly

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW LITTLE PLACE. SOMETIMES I CANNOT BELIEVE IT`S ALL MINE. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE RENTAL PROCESS AND THE MANNER IN WHICH I WAS SERVICED. IT WAS ONE OF THE HAPPIEST OCCASIONS OF MY LIFE AND I AM GRATEFUL.

KP has been very good to me. They really worked with me to move into my new place I now call home. When I needed something taken care of in my home, they were on it. I've only lived here less then a year, but I can honestly I have yet to have any problems. I look forward to living here for a very long time, that's how pleased I am with KP.

Low maintance. Really had to call for issues. Only thing I would say is of concern is the surrounding area of the apartment but even that is not really that bad.
