The handyman, Tony promptly installed a new window screen in the kitchen window, replaced a burnt light in the ceiling light fixture above the stairwell and caulked a few cracks above the baseboard in the 4th bedroom within less than 30 minutes. It is to your credit that you have hired such great & competent service staff. Thank you for making the necessary arrangements to fix the requested repairs .

My neighbor to the left as you're facing the property, 180 Obsidian Court, is spraying our dogs and our furniture, which causes our dogs to jump and bark at the source. This neighbor is threatening us and our property owner with the dogs being a "danger" to them and the neighborhood.
