Must say, great service in office and at property showings.

Customer service is awesome, amazing. Love the house, the move-in gift and everything, but the house exterior and the garage were awful, too much dirt. The house interior was impeccable, but the exterior, wasn't. I spent almost 2 days cleaning. Also, the house have several lights not working, I was expecting everything working. Other than that, the customer service, the help, the assistance were amazing.

The handyman, Tony promptly installed a new window screen in the kitchen window, replaced a burnt light in the ceiling light fixture above the stairwell and caulked a few cracks above the baseboard in the 4th bedroom within less than 30 minutes. It is to your credit that you have hired such great & competent service staff. Thank you for making the necessary arrangements to fix the requested repairs .

I have had good experiences with Krystle Properties. I like the fact when something stop working or needs to be replaced, all i do is submit a work request and it is process quickly. The staff is friendly and work with you to get what you need.
