The maintenance team was assigned to my work order fairly quickly, and I received a fast response. The issue was fixed and completed without incident.

I have been renting with Krystal properties since 2020. My experience has been straight forward. When I’ve had maintenance request they been resolved quick as possible. I’d like to get to know some of the staff better though. Someone reached out to me about an opportunity to do so in the past and once I responded they never followed back up with me.

From the very first showing of the apartment Renee went above and beyond to help me out. The ladies at the office are also very helpful and pleasant.

The missing study room (3rd bedroom) window blinds were quickly replaced with new window blinds by a friendly and competent handyman. Thank you for making this replacement possible in an orderly and timely manner.

My only issue is, when work has to be done at my residence all I ask is that the workers clean up after themselves. I also would like to add that the workers need some type of boot/shoe covering while working in residences. The last time I had work done, the worker came in my place with his boots on and uncovered and then he walked on my rug. Being considerate goes a long way.
