I’m living in Unit D at 1001 Sutter St. I was told in October that the property was going up for sale and was given a rough timeline for renovations/maintenance through October/November. I haven’t heard anything since, so I’m asking if there is an updated timeline or notification that you can provide.

Krystal Property Management works daily to ensure all their customers - both renters and owners are highly satisficed with their service. If something is not right they will work VERY hard to make sure it is taken care of. I say this all the time - Krystal Property works hard to make my apartment a home.

With me and my family's situation at the time we were homeless living in our car and if it weren't for Krystle Properties willing to work with us and approve us to rent because everyone else denied us but Krystle Properties saved our life and was willing to let us rent a property through them and we're very grateful to rent from this company and they are always willing to help the best they can and treat everyone like a human being rather than just another number on the list. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. NOT SURE IF IT HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF SINCE I WENT OUT OF THE COUNTRY SHORTY AFTER. IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOVLED. HOWEVER IF IT IS NOT, I AM PRETTY CONFIDENT THAT DEREK WILL GET THE ISSUE HANDLED AS HE ALWAYS DOES.
