Every time, they’ve handed me a sheet listing what they did and what they recommend. This time, however, it simply said "Premium Maintenance"—which is fine—but what exactly does that entail? It’s too expensive not to have a written breakdown of exactly what is included.Well, I would recommend that the remote starter work on the Outlander, because the idea that you have to pay for a feature your car comes with from the factory sounds pretty stupid.I feel comfortable saying that this is a dealership that strives to resolve issues and help in the best possible way.
