The facility is clean and they are truly kind and professional. My car is washed before I leave. I don't mind the wait. They usually finish within the time that they tell me or sooner. I wait around, less than 45 mins for oil changes and up to 2 hours for new and tires typically I go when they open. They always take time to write prices for the future upkeep of my vehicle when I ask. I never feel rushed and they patiently let me explain. Rainy is sweet and fun to talk to because she listens to my concerns to help me maintain the longevity of my car. Douglas is carefully reviews car parts with me to verify that I know what ordering. I feel reassured knowing that are experts!I always get my car serviced here because they know my car best.
