We’re very frustrated and disappointed that the heater issue still has not been addressed. We’ve consistently noticed that from around 12 PM onwards until dinner time, the hot water/heater appears to be turned off.We specifically requested continuous hot water access because we have two toddlers at home who constantly need warm water for bathing and daily needs. This ongoing issue has been very inconvenient and difficult for our family.We kindly ask that this be resolved as soon as possible and that a reliable, continuous heater supply be maintained moving forward.

I’ve been in Laffayette for 19 years now and my first time living at Laffayette Oaks. The property management team has been great and easy to coordinate when the family needs a little assistance. Thank you for keeping my family safe and always being a call away .

Your management/sales team is HORRIBLE. I warn everyone to stay away from Lafayette Oaks and Towne Center - there are plenty of rentals in Lafayette.

It took five days before the issue was inspected, and unfortunately, it has still not been resolved. For example, the dirty rubber gasket that needs cleaning and replacement remains unattended. Up to now, we haven’t received any update or feedback on the next steps. Because of this delay, we haven’t been able to use the washer and have been paying extra to get our laundry done outside.
