I am not sure if the gutter has been fixed because I cant get on the roof, but the crack in the roof area where the water breaching is still there and has grown. I worry that with the impending heavy rains of El Niño, this crack will continue to grow and be cause for larger issues.

You guys were awful to us

The door is still sticking. It doesn’t seem like anyone may have worked in it. The paint is now chipping off the door frame

The workman did a great job, even when the problem turned out to have several additional layers to it.

The issue was taken care of very efficiently

We’re very frustrated and disappointed that the heater issue still has not been addressed. We’ve consistently noticed that from around 12 PM onwards until dinner time, the hot water/heater appears to be turned off.We specifically requested continuous hot water access because we have two toddlers at home who constantly need warm water for bathing and daily needs. This ongoing issue has been very inconvenient and difficult for our family.We kindly ask that this be resolved as soon as possible and that a reliable, continuous heater supply be maintained moving forward.

I’ve been in Laffayette for 19 years now and my first time living at Laffayette Oaks. The property management team has been great and easy to coordinate when the family needs a little assistance. Thank you for keeping my family safe and always being a call away .
