The delivery man was eating hit Cheetos and cupcakes in it upon delivery.He was busy with other clients so we didn't get a lot of his attention. He had a new sales man try to help us.Ease if shopping, test driving and application process.

Service advisor was very professional. The service was timely. The experience is definitely better than Glassman Mitsubishi. One thing that was kind of annoying was my vehicle was done 20-30 minutes after service and I was never notified. I went to the desk myself and check out was quick.One idea would be to offer a shuttle to downtown Ann Arbor. The area is just a dealership motor mall.Got me in same day and quick check in.
