My Salesman was very preoccupied with other customers during my negotiation. I sat for hours waiting in the showroom, and had to go back the following Monday to complete the sale.They made me wait for hours.As far as I know there are no mechanical defects. I've only had the car a few days. As for the explanation of features, again my salesman was preoccupied with other customers. He partially set up my audio system but didn't know how to set up my hands-free phone system. He had me call a toll-free number and wait on hold in the parking lot for an hour and 20 minutes with no one from Mitsubishi ever picking up my call. I found out the next day that the Mitsubishi customer service was closed for President's day and never would have picked up. When I talked to customer service the next day, the woman advised me that they didn't help set up voice recognition, that the salesman was supposed to do that. Well, my salesman didn't know how to do it and had me call the customer service line. Mitsubishi customer service is just awful. First you wait on hold forever, then they can't help you (and neither can the salespeople). I finally took my new car to another Mitsubishi dealership, and they had everything running perfectly in 5 minutes. There were many features that my salesman did not go over with me.

I am extremely happy with everyone that I spoke to at Lafontaine Mitsubishi. My only suggestion would be to update the website regarding the cost of maintenanceAlexandra listened to me carefully when I explained my situation -someone had hit my car, and I needed assistance from the maintenance/service department to obtain a repair quote. Alexandra did her best to resolve my issue, and thanks to her support, I was able to forward the necessary information from the service department to AAA so my car could be repaired.Thanks again for the excellent service.

The front desk lady was very helpful and explained everything, next steps and even delivered my car. The mechanics who came out for a few minute break, were friendly and spoke to me, asked how is my day. Not just one but a few. If I ever purchased another car, definitely the place to go and I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you for taking time on my car and being so kind.Friendly service, I believe her name was Alexandria at the front desk was informational, listened and caring about what you had to say. While I waited the mechanics were the nicest people, who spoke to you while you sitting and waiting for your car to be fixed.

The vehicle was returned not washed BUT i understand it was BITTER COLD so I understood washing the vehicle may not have been done to avoid locks freezing or any damage to the vehicle. So I understood why the vehicle may not have been washed.I didn’t realize that I had a discount coupon that was for Glassman Mitsubishi and the coupon was honored. I was VERY PLEASED and I considered that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE because I would have had to have less service completed if the coupon had not been honored. SO I WAS EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.I like how efficient this location is and how they never hesitate to answer my questions and make accommodations to me my service needs.

Everyone that came into the lounge while I waited address me with a friendly comment. It was a very pleasant experience.I arrived on time I was met immediately by representative. They address me by name had me sign for service. Then I relaxed in the lounge and was on my way in approximately 45 minutes. Everyone was nice and friendly. Thank you very much.
