Josh was great. He got the manager for the only big question we had that he didn't have an answer to. She didn't address that concern, but being the end of their open hours we moved forward. We will definitely be recommending Joshua to any friends looking to buy a vehicle. Also I didn't quite catch his name, possibly Brad, but we should mention that when we walked in and said we were interested in the PHEV, the gentleman we spoke to said Josh was the guy for us. I don't know if Josh knows the PHEV any better than the rest of the sales team, but getting us to a salesman that spoke to the info we needed was a big part of why we came away satisfied. So thanks to that gentleman as wellWe saw their ad for $308/month with $0 down lease, and asked about it. The manager was going to talk to us but never explained why we were paying $390+/months after putting $4,000 down. Even with the ceramic coating and fees factored in, that large of a difference should have been explained since we asked. It's honestly the only part that doesn't sit right with us.Joshua gave us clear and direct information for each concern we had, and asked the manager to talk about anything that he didn't know well himself. He knew the vehicle we wanted and made the whole thing easy.
