I am so happy with my purchase. Charles took care of everything and was super quick. The online purchase system is far superior to ford or Toyota where I have spent HOURS filling out forms. Charles made my purchase easy!I didn’t spend a lot of time on the website. Because I purchased new I just went to the Mitsubishi website then called Charles.I hate car shopping and this experience was AWESOME! We did everything over the phone, Charles send me videos and even helped me out with getting the correct paperwork from my insurance company. He is top notch!

Staff was friendly yet professional. Same as when we bought the vehicle. If you had more of a truck selection. I would shop there for my next ride.

The app that is supposed to auto start was not working properly, but it was closing time, the salespeople were trying to explain in the dark, while the showroom was being lickedAfter 3 days, we find out that the original finance guy we were dealing with, walked off and quit, so the people trying to take care of the mess, kinda didn't know what was going on.Price quoted did not match the paperwork and I had to resign at least 4 times, I lost track after that.
