The customer service I have received will keep me coming back. Every one I have dealt with have all been Fantastic.The custome service I have received from when I bought the car from Shelby Marie and them coming to get my car to do an oil change was priceless.

Good situation, considering remodeling is still in process at this new dealership.The dealership is easy to find and access in Lansing. Both guys at the Service desk were friendly when I arrived for my appointment. The repair technician got all necessary items completed for me. Adding the Mitsubishi mud guards was not an easy task. Comfortable waiting lounge. All the more pleased because this is a new dealership...if I understand correctly. Definitely will return.

Again 4 is very close to 5 so you are doing something right.I do not remember how my car looked when I picked it up. But I have OCD like no body business, so my car is always neat and clean.Thank you for the friendly reminder on when the next oil change is. The little sticker in the upper left corner will be very helpful. SImply because I had no idea when I was suppose to bring this 2025 Outlander in to be serviced. Simply because Caleb is gone.
