I doesn't matter if scheduling is easy and plenty of open slots if no one is there to service the vehicle for the time you choose.Weren't ready to service vehicle at scheduled appt. timeBuilding was under construction while I was there. Not much available and felt like I was sitting in a construction zone.some of these questions are unknown because I did not receive a Statement of work, receipt, etc.See all other comments. Additionally, get people to answer your phone. If I call and want to talk to someone, I typically will either have to leave a message and hope someone will call back, or I have to wait 15 - 45 min on hold music.They didn't print or give me the printed statement for some reason, and didn't email as they said they would.Seemed confused about appt. as though it was never set up.
