We just got rid of one bad manager, James to get Jill. Both “J’s” she was not respected as a supervisor and will not be respected as our manager. Expect a lot of turn over coming soon.

Melissa is one of the MOST disrespectful managers LBH has, please get rid of her before we ALL go to corporate. I know she is protected at LBH, but corporate need to know what type of person she is

The establishment could improve on better staffing to ensure patient safety is maintained. There’s been plenty of cases where units were understaffed and staff had to accommodate to those work conditions and patients and staff weren’t safe.
