Diligently train upper management to treat others fairly regardless of their race, gender, or creed. We are not above humility and making mistakes. Good workers are often verbally harrased with aggressive tones of voices for no reasons at times, and it should not be this way! Remaining neutral while ensuring all rules and guidelines are followed is far and in-between currently. I get that management gets tired of repeating the same things on all units to different staff but they too need to be reminded that aggressive behaviors are not tolerated across the board! The staff are as good as their trainer's, but if the trainer's are meeting them with aggressive tones and behaviors.... What are the staff learning? To be in fear of having a voice or asking questions?No comment
