Workspaces. We are too cramped. Need more rooms. Parking. Food selections. Add vending machines. Pest control. Too many bugs. Add more bathrooms and add more stalls.

Melissa has been a work of art since she has been with Lake. I don't see how she is still working here with the sneaky attitude she has behind Cindy's back. She has made the working environment uncomfortable for us since we all moved downstairs. It's very had to have your manager in the same room with you, watching over you like a hawk. We have lost some great staff due to her, and nothing is being done about it.

Upper management trainings on how to support their staff with different learning styles/communication styles. It appears that across quite a few departments the directors don’t give clear direction on expectations or repercussion's for poor behavior or patient care to their staff leading to poor discharges or support from their teammates.

Staff appropriately!!! This would greatly improve burnout and improve morale. And it would help put a stop to the crazy high turnover of staff. Compensate us fairly. The annual raises are laughable. It seems like there’s no effort to staff us better, just saving money by paying less nurses. Why isn’t there people on call to cover call outs??? There’s only so much stress one can take. And LBH has a long-standing record of staffing issues. Change it!
