1. Being able to report concerns with no repercussions.2. The facility following up with complaints/concerns.3. When facility ask for suggestions. TAKE IN THE SUGGESTIONS FROM YOUR MHTWe need new vital machines. Take time to talk to your staff about any/all concerns. There are problems within your supervising team, that should not happen. Use your MHT that actually work; whether they are a PRN, FULLTIME OR PARTTIME employee. Follow through to problem solve. Re-educate your staff because there is NO bad staff ONLY untrained staff. You have MHT that DO NOT know how to de-escalate a situation.

Give B units 2 nurses. B units have more patients. Ensuring the safety of patients means having adequate staff.
