This is a stressful work environment by its nature, but its disheartening when I am more stressed out by my own director/department toxic environment than by the groups I work with in the milieus.

For nurses week, be more mindful of who is on schedule for lunch days and ask people what they’d like. Sandwich options went quickly and non-vegetarian nurses only had vegetarian option left.
