Better responses from management- specifically James CNO, multiple times me and other coworkers have come to him with different issues needing to be addressed and we do not believe it was handled appropriately, his responses are equivocal to “that sucks deal with it” or if he says he will address something, we do not see change from it. There is a great difference between when Sarah was CNO and James with management, he is not as caring or approachable for sure based on how he has responded to issues. Staffing is also a huge issue, especially on B-units where we were promised if there was a greater population than 15 patients we would have a second nurse, there has also been many times on A units- specifically 2A where a nurse would have 24 patients alone and no second nurse, that is highly unacceptable and dangerous for both patients and staff.

It has been a frustration of mine that information about unit issues, especially contagious patients ( COVID+, pneumonia, HIV, etc.) and the presence of bedbugs is not systematically passed on to staff and in a timely manner. In fact, the presence of bedbugs was emphatically denied by some administrative staff, even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

I do not know what Myron does other than beacons. What does he do other than trying to get free food?
