They need to hire more professional staff, they should consider hiring CNA’s while providing the training they need to stay safe. They should get rid of all the staff who isn’t really here for the patients but they come in to get the patients started and upset.I have seen a nurse give a shot to a patient who was calm and didn’t need to have that done. Patient was complying with rules and staff was the cause of a patient getting a shot. The patient didn’t do anything wrong!

Erika the scheduler needs to do her job she is just sitting down in the office on the phone. She gets mad when someone asks her a question . She doesn’t even know how to schedule and does not know how to use her staff resourcefully. She needs to train the MHTs Always canceling people with out proper notice. Until LBH gets rid of Erika LBH will be a great place to work at. Also there are a few MHTs in my department that are aggressive with patients that need to be terminateddI hope Erika gets properly trained or she has or she has to get out of this place. Also Maintenance does not do their job

I think benefits package is poor compared to other hospitals. Health insurance is expensive with high deductible. There should be an HMO option. Vision insurance coverage is poor. Given the high stress of the environment, there should be more generous time-off accruals.
