N/I think lake behavioral hospital does a great job in addressing these concerns

STOP DEI HIRES.... it is very insulting to be hired not because of my merit, competence, and individual achievement but for the color of my skin.... Race, gender and sexual orientation is not important... whats important is being ABLE to do the JOB..... DO NOT judge me by the color of my skin, Judge me by the content of my character...
