Management (upper and supervisors) need to also listen to techs, especially those who work full time and do their job. Many times if management had listened to techs, it would've resulted in less codes.Management needs to start listening to techs. Techs are the backbone of many facilities. They're the ones who work with the patients are on the floor with the patients get to know them better so if I tech mentions someone needing to be moved to prevent a code, staff should listen for the safety of the other patients and safety of techs. If a code happens due to the negligence of upper management not doing or refusing to do anything about it, it could cause someone to get hurt, potentially having less staff.

That the CEO should communicate with the line staff and not the program directors who are always who don’t help line staff with nothing they are always saying they are busy in a meeting but they are always in that office with the door closedAnd how can they tell line staff what and how to do anything when 1 out of 3 only worked the floorCEO has her favorites which is not fair at allNot the best leader definitely needs improvementWork on the CEO because the leadership staff are all a joke except for Sara and Erika Rasheema and nursing supervisor

1. Zero tolerance regarding patient on staff aggressive behavior needs to be communicated and enforced clearly2. Staff should feel trained and confident in Restriction of Rights situations before further escalations3. More enforcement of AOR/DNR lists should occur and these patients not readmittedA small hospital with supportive management that could benefit from tighter staff community building. Needs more cooperation between Program teams

It is hoped that the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the office environment will be enhanced. There is a necessity for designated personal items space, and the replacement of keyboard, office chairs as needed. There should be separate bathroom for female and male.N/A

Diligently train upper management to treat others fairly regardless of their race, gender, or creed. We are not above humility and making mistakes. Good workers are often verbally harrased with aggressive tones of voices for no reasons at times, and it should not be this way! Remaining neutral while ensuring all rules and guidelines are followed is far and in-between currently. I get that management gets tired of repeating the same things on all units to different staff but they too need to be reminded that aggressive behaviors are not tolerated across the board! The staff are as good as their trainer's, but if the trainer's are meeting them with aggressive tones and behaviors.... What are the staff learning? To be in fear of having a voice or asking questions? No comment
