How do you mentioned that your Director is someone that you can’t trust? Melissa is very good at what she does, but she isn’t trustworthy of her interactions within our department. She speaks a really good game, but behind closed doors she is someone else. People in my department can’t go to HR or Cindy about it because they will have her back and not see where we’re coming from. Look for an upcoming turnover in the department before the end of the year. We’re looking for other jobs

Staffing /keep employees without a high turnover rate.Training is cost/Staff anxiety walking in the door to abuse of power and extreme stress is unbelievable. Upper management needs to work the floor and they won’t like it .
