I think benefits package is poor compared to other hospitals. Health insurance is expensive with high deductible. There should be an HMO option. Vision insurance coverage is poor. Given the high stress of the environment, there should be more generous time-off accruals.

Stop making it all about the money and numbers quality care is number one priority if the focus shifts to that people would want to be here and are ratings wouldn’t be so badQuality care needs to be focus fix that and things will pick up
