Everything is wonderful. One opportunity would be making sure staff concerns and improvement ideas regarding HCS issues was given more consideration and follow up.

Honestly, there is nothing to improve. I have never felt this great about any job I ever worked. I love my job here at Lake!

I have noticed that during hospital staff meetings many of the department heads are too busy attending their phones rather than listening to the presentations. This is disrespectful and shows their poor leadership. Especially Supriya . Why is she always on her phone and AirPods? That is plain disrespectful and high school attitude. Leadership please set a good example to your employees. The only people who are respectful during meetings are Cindy and Myron. Thanks Cindy and Myron for setting up the example !

Provide more consistency in how consequences are decided for staff. For example, two employees can engage in the same behavior and each employee gets a different consequence.Create an environment where peers can go to each other to provide feedback before having to involve management whenever possible. Not everything needs to be a write up. Leave room to account for human error.Staff units/departments to ensure safety or proper workload for staff over budgetary constraints as much as possible.
