I won't put this on Google but I will express my thoughts to you directly, that I don't think the interaction with my hygienist was very personal. Very little conversation. I don't want to feel like just another cleaning. I want to know about the person with their hands in my mouth. I also didn't get a good cleaning. I also have felt that way about Dr. Hermann last few visits. Cold... just another number. I'm not sure I will continue here..

My wife Christine Andersen was charged for an extra exam last year that I called the office about. No return call.Then I received a collections notice (email and letter). I responded via email. No response.I myself then went in for a cleaning this week. Before my cleaning and after I was seen, I was asked about it again in a very public forum by 3 separate reps. The unprofessionalism by your staff was on another level. I asked if they wanted to lose my business for $50? Apparently so.
