Dr Herman and assistant Tanya provided compassionate, respectful care knowing I had severe dental phobia. Dr Herman was able to do same day treatment. As a red head, normal doses of lidocaine are ineffective, so Dr Herman used extra strength lidocaine and nitrous oxide. Very appreciative of their patience and willingness to work with me to provide a comfortable experience.

Everyone was super nice and helpful, I understood right away what my treatment was going to consist of after the dentist looked at my teeth, and the atmosphere was calming.

Your billing process is very much tilted towards you, not the customer. Extra charge for using a credit card, at what you charge for your services you could afford to bear the cost for credit card usage. Also, you make customers pay up front and then wait for a check from the insurance company rather than sending in the bill and then billing the customer after the insurance proceeds have reduced the amount due. I think your charges are inflated. I would not recommend you.

I won't put this on Google but I will express my thoughts to you directly, that I don't think the interaction with my hygienist was very personal. Very little conversation. I don't want to feel like just another cleaning. I want to know about the person with their hands in my mouth. I also didn't get a good cleaning. I also have felt that way about Dr. Hermann last few visits. Cold... just another number. I'm not sure I will continue here..
