Everything was excellent. Jennie even came and gave me updates and the appointment was very quickly. She also informed me about what was involved in the appointment and future appointments. Great asset to the team.Jennie was really patient with me because I needed to clean out my car but I didn’t remember the time so I went to the service part and she said I had 30 minutes and I asked “can I finish vacuum my car “ she was so pleasant and said sure. I finished at least 5 minutes before my appointment and she said look you finished before hand. With all that being said I was rushing and started to have a bad day and she made me feel important and brighten up my day.
