Everyone made the process very easy and I felt comfortable finding all the staff to be congenial and well versed in the products and process. Was very impressed with how quickly everyone responded to my text and calls. They truly went above and beyond.I have already recommended Melissa, John and Noah as well as the entire LM dealership to several people.

From the first conversation over the phone with the young lady in the service dept. to setting up my appointment, to meeting and dealing with Thomas in the service dept., to having my car serviced with care in a timely manner, to Thomas calling afterwards to see if all was well with my car. Even speaking with a young man who is a sales rep ( I can't remember his name ) while I was waiting, and a gentleman I met in the parking lot who gave me directions to where to go since it was my first time there, to speaking with Tiffany a few minutes ago who called an urged me to complete this survey, My entire experience was awesome! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Not to mention how clean the entire facility is. I live in Sumter which is almost an hour away, but I would gladly make the trip again to have my car cared for.

Service was impressive, communication with salesperson since purchase has been exceptional. I would recommend Lake Murray Mitsubishi and David as a salesperson to watch.I was able to trade in my vehicle for a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with no money down. David, the salesperson, was courteous and able to help in not just the trade in process but also helping making sure my insurance was correct along with transferring my tag.
